Very often, advice isn’t the problem. What helps is someone to think out loud with: someone who asks the right questions and keeps you accountable.
That’s what I do. And I know it works, because I was my first client.
I’ve changed my life and business a few times, and the biggest movement came when I had a clear goal and took action. But the real changes came from having a partner beside me: a coach, a mentor, a mastermind partner. Someone who challenged my thinking and gave me space to talk.

Hi, I’m Magda Campbell.
I’m an ICF ACC certified coach, educator and author, with 20 years of experience as a business owner working internationally.
I help women who run their business on their own find clarity, make confident decisions, and grow in a way that fits their life.

The ONE™ Business Growth Coaching Program runs for 3 months (around 12 weeks) and includes 8 one-to-one coaching sessions. The first sessions are closer together to build clarity and momentum, and the remaining sessions are spaced fortnightly to support implementation and progress. After the initial 3 months, you can choose to extend the coaching partnership for another 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your goals and the level of support you need.

Business coaching is a supportive and focused process that helps small business owners get from where they are now to where they want to be in a shorter time, with more clarity and direction.
Every coaching journey is different because every person comes with their own goals, values, beliefs, strengths, challenges, and life circumstances. In my coaching, we focus not only on your business, but also on you as the person leading it — because when you grow, your business grows with you. Business coaching also provides accountability, structure, and support in turning ideas into clear goals and consistent action.

Business coaching starts with a free Chemistry Session to explore your needs, goals, challenges, and whether we are the right fit to work together. If you continue, the program is shaped around your business, values, strengths, and readiness for change.
The first sessions focus on exploration and goal setting. The remaining sessions support implementation, growth, accountability, decision-making, and consistent action. In the final session, we review your progress and define your next steps.

Business coaching is a partnership. A coach believes in your full potential and asks powerful questions to help you clarify your thinking, understand what matters, and decide what action to take.
Coaching does not give you ready-made answers or tell you exactly what to do. Instead, it helps you use your own insight, strengths, and experience so you can become more independent, confident, and able to trust yourself as a business owner.
Mentoring, consulting, training, or courses often involve giving advice, sharing expertise, teaching specific skills, or providing a step-by-step formula.

Each coaching session is 60 minutes and takes place online via Zoom, or face-to-face in South West Australia.
At the beginning of each session, we review your progress and the actions you committed to after the previous session. We then clarify what feels most important to focus on. From there, we explore your thoughts, challenges, decisions, or opportunities through a focused coaching conversation.
When helpful, I may also use coaching tools, reflection exercises, visual mapping, or simple frameworks to support clarity, decision-making, and action.
You will have space to reflect, gain clarity, identify your next steps, and leave with a stronger sense of direction and action.

Business coaching is different for every client because every business owner comes with different goals, challenges, and life circumstances. Your goal may focus on finding clearer direction, simplifying your business model, creating more structure, improving your systems, increasing visibility, attracting more consistent clients, reviewing your pricing, or building confidence as a business owner.
We will define the right goal for your coaching program together, so it feels clear, realistic, and meaningful for where you are now.

That is completely okay. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly clear goal before starting coaching.
Sometimes, not having a clear business goal or vision yet can become the starting point for coaching. Together, we can explore what matters, understand what feels unclear or stuck, and begin shaping a direction that feels realistic, meaningful, and aligned with where you are now.
The goal does not need to be perfect from the beginning. It can become clearer through the coaching process.

Coaching can support you in getting more clients, but it works a little like working with a personal trainer. A trainer cannot do the exercises for you, but they can help you set the right goal, create a plan, stay accountable, track progress, and keep going when it feels hard.
In business coaching, the real growth happens between sessions, when you take action. As your coach, I will be your trusted partner — helping you clarify your next steps, align your goals with your values and lifestyle, review what is working, and build more consistent action towards the clients and business you want.

Yes. If you have many ideas but no clear structure, coaching can help you step out of the noise and see what really needs your attention.
Your coaching program is shaped around your goal, where you are now, your level of commitment, and your readiness for change. Together, we simplify what feels overcomplicated, clarify your starting point and destination, and identify the next move that will create the biggest shift.
This may include clarifying your offer, setting stronger priorities, creating a weekly execution rhythm, improving visibility, strengthening your business structure, or making a decision you have been avoiding.
The first sessions focus on exploration and goal setting. The remaining sessions support implementation, growth, accountability, decision-making, and consistent action. In the final session, we review your progress and define your next steps.

The ONE™ Business Growth Coaching Program is A$1,950 including GST for 3 months. It includes 8 one-hour sessions and the tools we use along the way. A single Clarity & Direction session, 90 minutes, is A$395 including GST. The chemistry session is free.
Is coaching expensive? People ask me that, and I often ask another question: how long have you already been in the place you're in now? Six months? A year? Two? What has that already cost you? Maybe money. Maybe clients. Maybe opportunities. And it's also time. You can earn money again, but nobody gives you that year back. So for me the question is also: how much is the change worth to you? The answer is different for everyone.
Can I pay in instalments? Yes. You can pay A$1,950 in full, or in 3 monthly payments of A$650. Payment is by debit card, and you'll receive an invoice before the program begins.
Do the prices include GST? Yes, every price on this site includes GST.

A Chemistry Session is a free 45-minute online session. It is your time and your space for us to meet, connect, and get to know each other. This is an open, no-obligation conversation where you can share your goals, ask questions, and experience my coaching style. There is no pressure, no pushy marketing, and no expectation to continue.
The purpose of this session is simply to help both of us decide whether working together would feel supportive, effective, and aligned.

Yes, I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your coaching program, please let me know as early as possible. The cancellation terms will be clearly explained before we begin and included in the coaching agreement, so you know exactly what to expect.
Any unused sessions will be refunded. Where appropriate, I may also provide a referral list of specialists or other professionals who may be better suited to support your needs.
